Left Lower Lobe lung cancer with abnormal mediastinal lymph nodes for staging and a RUL nodule

This is a tricky case of lung cancer. Treatment will depend on whether there has been spread of the cancer to the lymph nodes as well as what the nodule in the right upper lobe may be. It could be a second cancer or spread of the left lower lobe cancer.
